If you still have access to your registered phone number:
 

Dial 5650# from the number you used during BVN registration. Your BVN will appear on screen immediately. This costs N20 in airtime.

If you have access to your bank's mobile app:

Open your bank app, go to Profile or Account Details, and your BVN will be displayed for free.
